Yes, the rumor is true... there's a new biscuit in town...

Thank you... for a great year.

This year was full of challenges for Broad Street... with the Banner Hall foundation work; the four months of the porta potties (good riddance!); the change in service style to full service... and then THANKFULLY the change BACK to counter service (yeah!!); the moving of the bakery from it's decade long off site home at the Cabot Lodge Millsaps Hotel BACK to Banner Hall in a wonderful new addition; the reworking of the dining room and order counters; the building of the covered outdoor patio; and all the changes of people, places and things.

We have been challenged beyond belief this year, but remain thankful to each of you for your support.  Together, we have made it through it... and it is our pledge to you that you will see additional enhancements to YOUR Broad Street... menu, pastry, dessert... now that we have the bakery on site, the sky is the limit.

Bellwether Church is doing something VERY special all day Tuesday, Dec. 22nd at Broad Street Baking Company in Banner Hall....something generous and full of the Christmas Spirit!  Read below, and see you on Tuesday!

Our annual Christmas menu, featuring Prime Rib, Filet of Beef, Fried Turkey and all the trimmings is ready...  click here to download your copy.  Fill it out and fax back to 601.362.2990 (call to confirm receipt to 601.362.2900, ext 4) or bring it by and drop it off when you next visit. 

Orders must be placed by Saturday, Dec. 19th and pickup is Christmas eve from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. (please state your preference).  MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Stollen is BACK - a traditional German Christmas bread, soft in texture and filled with colorful brandy-soaked fruits and nuts.  After baking, the loaf is dipped in drawn butter and rolled in sugar!

Chocolate Cherry makes it's return as well, along with Christmas Wreath King Cakes!!

And, of course, the every popular holiday scones: Apricot Ginger Bells, Cranberry Walnut Trees and Gingerbread Cherry Stars start taking their place in the pastry case alongside the Cranberry & White Chocolate Cookies.
