How To Enjoy a Gluten-Free Breakfast at Broad Street

Recently, we chatted with our manager, Katie Leach, on some of our tastiest and quickest ways to enjoy a gluten-free breakfast. Check it out:

KATIE: We get asked this question all the time and we do have some VERY tasty gluten-free options for breakfast!

If you are looking for a classic breakfast, you should definitely try our Two-Egg, Two-Side Combo.Ā  You get two eggs cooked to order any way you like.Ā  For your sides, choose two of the following:Ā  bacon, sausage, ham, turkey sausage, velvety cheese grits or minted fruit salad.Ā  And you get toastā€” YES we have gluten-free bread!

If you are looking for something with a modern twist, any of our Avocado Toast options using gluten-free bread will do the trick!Ā  You get gluten-free toast with avocado-spread all over it, and then you choose the flavors:

We have classic with sea salt.Ā  Or if you are looking for a southwestern twist, there is grilled corn salsa with cilantro or black bean salsa with cilantro. The arugula, radishes & pickled red onions is always a healthy favorite as well as our tomato, basil pesto and Parmesan!Ā  Don't forget, you can always add an egg cooked the way you like and/or chopped bacon.Ā  (My FAVE is the black bean salsa avocado toast with a fried egg and chopped bacon)

You can also always get a breakfast sandwich using the gluten-free bread.Ā  It comes with your choice of meatā€”bacon, ham, sausage or turkey sausage, eggs cooked the way you like and cheese!Ā  If you don't eat meat, you can always get one without the meat.

If you are looking for a QUICK breakfast, we always offer gluten-free muffins!Ā  We have blueberry or pumpkin chocolate chip (my favorite.)
